THE FRITZ INSTITUTE San Francisco, CA The Fritz Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing
complex operational challenges in the delivery of humanitarian aid to
people and communities in need worldwide. It recognizes that effective
front-line humanitarian operations must be supported by strong logistical,
operational, and metric capabilities. Our contributions included assessments of corporate headquarters and a satellite conference center in Sonoma, CA. Special attention was placed on increasing performance and addressing institutional and personal vulnerabilities.
