This Cancer center is part of Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. As such, it serves one of the largest residential communities in the city of New York This facility is part of the reconstruction efforts of MMC and was included in their Master Plan, which we were also asked to evaluate. Located in a remodeled structure, it includes full oncological services, a woman's center, pediatric care, and outpatient services.

We were charged with a full analysis of the site and premises. Our recommendations included programmatic considerations, placement of functions within the building envelope, as well as energetic enhancements such as water features and gardens. We were also involved in the selection of materials and color schemes. Because geopathic stresses and other compromised earth energies were discovered by our analysis, corrections also had to be made to the flow of vital energy in the land. This was effected by inserting special devises into the concrete foundations for new linear accelerators.
