VILLAGE CARE NURSING HOME West Village, NYC Design: Village Care Nursing Home is an initiative of Village Care of New York (VCNY), a community-based nursing organization which provides quality community-based care to a growing number of elderly residents across Manhattan. This facility will provide 50 beds as well as rehabilitation and recreation services centered around an outdoor courtyard and mediation room. The feng shui analysis focused on an evaluation of the site and of the proposed architectural plans. It included an assessment of the residential components, therapy facilities, and all internal staff and management spaces. Particular emphasis was placed on the creation of outdoor environments that would be energizing and beautiful. |
