Gerald Metals, Inc. operates as a merchant of nonferrous and precious metals. Its primary offices are in Stamford, Connecticut; Morges, Switzerland; and Shanghai, China; and it has representative offices in many of the countries of South America as well as in Japan, Korea, and Russia. The merchant trading business includes the buying and selling of metals as concentrates, refined materials, manufactured products and secondary materials, primarily with mines, smelters, refineries, industrial consumers, central banks and governmental entities.

Our services included a
full assessment of its corporate headquarters and recommendations to the design and construction
of an ongoing remodeling effort. Assessments were also made of personal offices for key principals in the corporate structure. A special consideration was the highly volatile nature of the metals market at a time of great uncertainty, political turmoil, and instability in world markets that could easily impact the company's bottom line.
