Level V is a night club and bar located in the heart of the Meatpacking District in Manhattan. It is part of the conglomerate of restaurants created by Stephen Hanson, which include Coconut Grill, Blue Fin, Blue Water Grill, Atlantic Grill, David Burke's Primehouse, and Ocean Grill.

Level V has been named the best Meatpacking District bar by New York Magazine. It occupies a subterranean space under Vento Trattoria with flickering candles and a glowing bar. It includes a dance floor as well as private domed alcoves.

Feng shui input included an assessment of earth energies and interior layout.
