Rancho Cuchuma is a real estate development in Tecate, Mexico which has been conceived as a retreat and holiday location with close connection to the health and fitness establishment at Rancho La Puerta. It will provide fractional ownership possibilities to individuals interested in pursuing spiritual activities in a pristine environment directly under Mt. Cuchuma, a sacred mountain in the area south of San Diego.

The analysis focused on the potential of this site to support both a spiritual center as well as a commercial real estate development. Secluded holiday units in fractional ownership will be comibined with additional staff housing in close relationship with the existing town, as well as with dormitory housing that will serve occasional visitors.
