Elk Run is a 1,800-acre master planned development in Pine Island, Minnesota. It will consist of a Bio Business Park, a Healthy Living Campus, office/warehouse facilities, retail and commercial space, institutional components associated with the University of Minnesota and The Mayo Clinic, and a traditional residential neighborhood.

This planned multi-use project is developed by Tower Investments of Northern California as part of its involvement with new healthy living communities. The development occupies the grounds of an older elk farm. This herd will be preserved and protected as part of the management of natural resources in the region.

Our feng shui analysis consisted in an evaluation of the site and its energetic potential, with special emphasis on allocation of uses and health-conscious parameters.
