Hacienda at Fairview Valley is a 1555-acre residential master planned
development located north of San Bernardino, CA. The site is part of the
continuing expansion of the Greater Los Angeles metropolitan area. Planned
with ecological and sustainability considerations, Hacienda at Fairview
Valley enjoys exquisite views of the Fairview Mountains. Development will
include mixed uses, mixed densities, and complex recreational amenities
for approximately 3,100 homes.
Our involvement focused on energetic preparation of this raw piece of
property, and on recommendations for future energetic interventions.
