LOWER MANHATTAN DEVELOPMENT

This study of the lower Manhattan district was undertaken as part of our contribution to the Brooklyn Waterfront Development Project, and was commissioned by the developer Robert A. Levine.

The analysis focused on the importance of the region as a center for economic, political, and intellectual activity. My findings included a description of the land forms and water patterns of the region which are superbly well suited for a center of international influence.
