270 Broadway Tower is one of the largest combined use real estate renovation
projects to be undertaken in Manhattan. It consists of over 700,000 square
feet of residential and commercial space. Located in the old State of
New York building
in lower Manhattan, development of this property was undertaken with careful
consideration of the surrounding neighborhood, street patterns, and the
energies present in the land.
Our analysis also focused on the most auspicious orientation for building
entrances and for distribution of internal uses. The design of all units
was exhaustively scrutinized in order to optimize their architectural
potential. In addition, they were also assessed for energetic flaws and
the design of each was made to reflect these findings.
