ONE BROOKLYN BRIDGE PARK CONDOMINIUMS

This residential project is part of an effort to revitalize the Brooklyn waterfront with a whole system of residential towers, commercial zones, parks, paishs, and civic amenities. The project will include nearly one million square feet of residential space as well as a school and commercial rentals.

My assessment included studies of the land and water patterns in the area, in order to determine the commercial and residential viability of this location. Street and vehicular patterns were carefully considered because many of the residential and park facilities will be located in close proximity to major highways. All unit types were also exhaustively studied in order to promote optimal living conditions for its future occupants.
