ONE HUDSON PARK Edgewater, NJ Developer: Tarragon Realty Corporation Design: Gruzen Samton Architects One Hudson Park is a residential condominium tower in the "Gold Coast" development area of Edgewater, NJ. It was planned from its original inception with geomancy and feng shui in mind. From its location near the Hudson River, to the orientation of its doors and traffic systems, all components have been exhaustively studied to conform with traditional energetic criteria. This has included not only studies of every unit type, a pool and gymnasium fully in accord with feng shui criteria, and lobbies intended to create prosperity, health and success for its users. In addition, this project also incorporated the design of an adjacent park and pond in correct orientation and alignment to the residential tower, carefully positioned to promote optimal living and working conditions for the building's occupants. When completed, this remarkable example of synergy between developer, planners, architects, landscape and interior designers will also be one of the more faithful feng shui projects in the New York Metropolitan area. |
