TRIO CONDOMINIUMS

This is a three-tower development project in the Town of Bergen, NJ. Located in close proximity to a lush wetlands, this site will harbor three separate condominium towers that focus on the central green space. With over 300 units of prime residential space, this development is also nestled into the slopes that surround the site, affording ample views of the area.

Our contribution to this project included geomantic and feng shui assessment of the site, its orientation, and of the proposed architecture and interior design. We collaborated closely with designers, marketing executives, and builders to create an environment that would take maximum advantage of the terrain and its landscape and which would promote health, prosperity, and satisfaction for all those involved.
