Port Imperial is a vast mixed-use development project comprising over 4,300 planned residential units, a 130,000 square-foot retail complex, a 2-mile linear river park, and a ferry terminal that connects this development with Manhattan. Clustered in condo towers with full recreational and social amenities, these units offer breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline and access to the many amenities associated with the Hudson River waterfront.

Feng shui became an integral part of the design process from the onset of building development. Our analysis focused on quality of life issues within and around the housing structures, as well as on the overall master plan, with particular emphasis on landscaped areas, mini parks and pedestrian traffic. All aspects of feng shui were considered in this process: building orientation, energy flow, unit layout, earth energy, electromagnetics, and others.
