RIVERS EDGE AT PORT IMPERIAL

Port Imperial is a vast mixed-use development project comprising over 4,300 planned residential units, a 130,000 square-foot retail complex, a 2-mile linear river park, and a ferry terminal that connects this development with Manhattan. Clustered in condo towers with full recreational and social amenities, these units offer breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline and access to the many amenities associated with the Hudson River waterfront.

Feng shui was applied at Rivers Edge in order to balance a site that was compromised by road and traffic patterns. The building itself was also evaulated and adjusted in order to promote a welcoming and healthy environment for residents and staff. Individual units and unit types were also assessed in order to optimize configurations. In addition, feng shui parameters were also used as part of the sales effort and merketing.
