Ramscale Art Associates is a corporate, private, and residential art consultant located in a breath-taking loft space in New York City's art district of Chelsea. The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the gallery with natural light and the views are extraordinary. An exterior sculpture terrace designed by landscape architect Halsted Wells overlooks the New York Harbor. The interior space of curving walls and multiple elevations by designer Angus Bruce creates a dramatic, yet comfortable space that is unlike any gallery in Manhattan.

The Ramscale Gallery has private viewing rooms and a sun-lit presentation space for photographs and works on paper. The gallery also functions as a fund-raising space and has been active in promoting outsider art from Haiti, Africa and the Caribbean.

Feng shui input included a full assessment of the property, its site and its relationship to the New York Harbor. Adjustments focused on promoting Ramscale's profile and competitive edge.
